Plano Dental Excellence exemplifies professionalism, courtesy, and a welcoming environment. I am always greeted with a smile when I visit. The staff is extremely accommodating and it is evident that they truly care about their patients! Dr. Wayne Ku is also very personable and knowledgable and makes you feel like he and his staff want the best for you and the health of your teeth. It’s always a pleasure visiting.

I was very impressed by the safety measures Dr. Ku has installed to make sure the safety of the patients and every one working in the office during this Covid-19 pandemic. I felt safe, cared, and protected.
I had a full mouth X-rays , teeth cleaning. Courtney the Hygienist and her assistant (Alex) did a wonderful job! I felt cleaned and fresh in my mouth.
After examining the X-rays, there was a tiny cavity, Dr. Ku decided to go ahead to fill it using laser machine he purchased last year to prevent splashing - another safety gesture he did to prevent Covid-19 spreading.
Also getting the filling done the same time saves me time not to make another trip just for filling.
Thanks to Dr Ku and his whole staff team, They are very professional, skillful, thoughtful and caring.

Wowowowowowowwww!! This place is phenomenal! I haven't been to the dentist in so long for personal reasons but also because i was scared to, but Dr. Wu and his staff were AMAZING! Kortni, who did the cleaning on my teeth, greeted me with a warm and bubbly welcome, and I automatically feel less tense! She talked to me about anything and everything and we laughed together throughout my entire cleaning! Tricia was very responsive and reached me super quick after submitting an appointment request online. She was very thorough in explaining my benefits/insurance and worked with me for scheduling due to my odd work schedule. Tricia, Kortni, and Dr. Wu were all very informative and took the time to explain to me what would be done and what they were doing throughout my entire visit. All three made me feel comfortable and at ease, and my fear of the dentist was out the door!! This office makes me look forward to going to the dentist! They all work together effeciently and effectively, and it shows! Thank you all!

Very patient and skillful dentist i ever have. The place is equipped with the state of the art technology.

Dr ku is seriously amazing. I am terrified of the dentist and just left with a huge filling from my cavity, and it was literally no PAIN! I couldn’t brag more.

Dr Ku has been my Dentist for over 20 years. He’s compassionate, patient, thorough and so very kind. His staff is no different. They care with their whole heart. Highly recommend ❤️

I love the entire Plano Dental Excellence staff! All are very friendly and have great expertise and skill. My family has been seeing to Dr. Ku for 33 years, he’s the best!

Four years ago, I had a really bad experience (not at this practice) that left me terrified to go back to the dentist. Needless to say, I was very anxious going into my appointment this morning! But, from the time that I walked into the office, I was put at ease and felt great about my visit. The front desk lady and one of the hygienists were both incredibly friendly and fun, which made me feel better right away. I let Dr. Ku know that I was nervous, and he made me feel much better by explaining everything he was doing/looking at to me, letting me know how I can improve to keep my teeth healthy. He gave me lots of options, but never told me that I HAD to do something, which was really nice and a different experience than I have ever had at the dentist before. When we ended the appointment, I had a full consultation and was able to understand why I needed the treatment that I do vs. them just telling me I need it and slapping a price tag on it. I love this place, and I am no longer afraid of the dentist (it's a miracle!).

Absolutely fantastic! Me and my fiancé went in for a LONG overdue cleaning and check up. Dr. Ku and Kortni were extremely informative and transparent. The whole staff was also friendly and fun to be around!
If you are trying to find a dentist you should stop searching and just book with Dr. Ku. I have never had a dentist so detailed and caring.

This place is great! Kortni is their dental hygienist and when she starts talking, you literally forget you’re at a dentists office because she’s that funny. Wasn’t a big fan of the dentist till I came here, great people.
